Terms of Service

By using this website and placing an order with Say It Co., you agree to the following. It's not complicated — but here it is in writing because that's how this works.

The basics

You must be 18 or older (or have a parent's permission) to purchase from us.
All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Your order

Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, it goes straight to production. Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours by emailing sayitco.au@outlook.com — after that, it's already being made.
Our products are made to order through a third-party print provider. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
We're not responsible for delays caused by our print provider or carriers once your order is in production or transit.

Our stuff

Everything on this site — designs, copy, images — belongs to Say It Co. Don't steal it. We'll notice.
Product colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Screens lie sometimes. Print-on-demand products may also have minor variations between runs — that's the nature of the process.

Liability

We're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. They're gifts, not life advice. (Though honestly, sometimes they're both.)
