How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. In a hurry? Express shipping gets it to you in 1–3 business days (where available). Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they head your way.
Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. For international enquiries, flick us an email at sayitco.au@outlook.com and we'll see what we can do.
How can I track my order?
Once your order's on its way, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to stalk your parcel — we fully support it.
What size should I choose?
Check the size guide on the product page before you order. It exists for a reason, and we can't accept returns for sizing errors — so choose wisely. (We believe in you.)
Are the shirts oversized?
Fit details are on each product page. When in doubt, size up — nobody ever complained about a comfy tee.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Everything is made to order, so get in touch ASAP if you need to make changes. Once it's in production, we can't guarantee we can stop it.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
That's on us and we'll fix it. Contact us within 30 days with a photo and your order number and we'll sort a replacement or refund.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We don't accept change-of-mind returns — everything is made to order. Sale items are final sale, no exceptions. If something's damaged or wrong, see above.
Can I request a custom saying?

How should I care for my product?
For apparel — wash inside out on a cold gentle cycle and hang to dry to keep the print looking sharp. For drinkware and accessories — hand wash recommended. Treat it well and it'll last.
